David Laris is one of Shanghai’s premier restaurateurs.

His eponymous restaurant Laris at 3 on the Bund won the Miele Guide Best Restaurant in China and 8th Best in Asia. He is the brains behind The Fat Olive, The Funky Chicken, Yucca, The Chocolate Room the list goes on and on. And he’s a force of nature to watch take over a room.
